Founder and President, Mesa Pacific
Garrison is founder and president of Mesa Pacific, which specializes in investment management and ERISA employee benefit-plan consulting. In 2017, Garrison sold Pacific Federal to Zenith American; he continued as PacFed’s president until his retirement in 2021. Garrison is a recipient of numerous awards including VICA’s Harmon R. Ballin Community Service Award, Boys & Girls Club of the San Fernando Valley’s Golden Hands Award, and the San Gabriel Valley Civic Alliance’s Lifetime Achievement Award. He serves on the board of the Dolores Huerta Foundation, El Proyecto del Barrio, Music Fund of Los Angeles and the Peoples Health Care. He is chair of the Development Council for Loyola Marymount University’s Center for the Study of Los Angeles.
