Bonrouhi, an investment banker with more than 25 years of experience, operates Calabasas Capital, where he provides sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions advisory services and private equity and debt capital-raising for lower middle-market and emerging growth companies and family businesses. Calabasas Capital targets companies with between $10 million and $100 million in revenues and has a demonstrated track record for selling clients’ businesses to large strategic buyers and private equity firms for maximum value. Bonrouhi began his investment banking career in New York City with Merrill Lynch and previously was a CPA with Price Waterhouse. He is on the board of the 101 Corridor Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and active in the M&A groups within Provisors.
