Panesis is the head of the Steven Dorfman Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Cal Lutheran; he teaches innovation and entrepreneurship in the undergraduate, MBA and Executive MBA in Europe programs. He is a startup community leader in the Conejo Valley and Ventura County, where he leads the operation of Hub101, Cal Lutheran’s community coworking space that serves as a startup community hub for the region. He recently created the Dorfman Incubator Grant program, offering nondilutive funding to startups with a connection to Cal Lutheran.
