Njboke owns and operates Winston & Lee, a boutique menswear company specializing in custom men’s Italian suits. He also operates the W Njboke Trading Group, an international consulting and sourcing company. Additionally, he has worked more than 20 years at Ricoh USA, where he now is a major accounts executive; he’s received Ricoh’s President’s Club recognition nine times, which is given to the top 1% of performers. He is on four boards: the Youth Policy Institute, Vista del Mar Family Services, Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services and the Valley Economic Alliance. Njboke is part of an organization of Nigerian business leaders in Los Angeles who develop ideas and projects to benefit communities Nigeria.
