General Manager, The Garland
Mills is the general manager of The Garland. Since joining in 2013, Mills led the renovation and repositioning of the hotel, which resulted in it being recognized among the top 15 hotels in Los Angeles in each of the last eight years by Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards. Mills is on the boards of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association, the Los Angeles Tourism and Convention Board, the Los Angeles Tourism Marketing District, and the East Valley Family YMCA. In 2017, he was named the Outstanding General Manager of the Year by the California Hotel and Lodging Association.
