Brown’s career began on the financial side of payments and technology while he worked at Union Bank of California in 1992. In 2008, he formed Payscout Ltd. International as an e-commerce payment gateway for banks abroad. Brown then founded Payscout with Manpreet Singh in 2011, utilizing a payments model that blended domestic and global e-commerce merchant payment solutions. He also serves as board chair for CyberDyme, a spinoff company that focuses on XR payments and virtual reality. He is a co-founder and chair of Payverse, a fintech company that enables global commerce and payment acceptance for billions of international cardholders. He is on the board of the Valley Economic Alliance.
