Encino-based law firm Greenberg & Bass just added two senior counsels, Martin Rudoy and Benjamin Seigel. Before joining the firm, Seigel was senior counsel at Buchalter Nemer’s Los Angeles office, where he chaired its financial restructuring and insolvency practice group and was a member of its apparel industries practice group. In his new role, Seigel will continue representing businesses and individuals in the apparel and textile industry in both litigation and transactional matters. Rudoy comes from Rudoy Fleck Attorneys in Porter Ranch. At Greenberg & Bass, Rudoy will focus on international business transactions, litigation and real estate.
