The family of a toddler killed by an alligator at a Walt Disney Co. resort in Orlando will not sue the company. Matt and Melissa Graves announced Wednesday that they will take no legal action over the death of their son, Lane, but will focus on “the future health of their family” and a charity they founded in his memory. Lane Graves, 2, died last month after being pulled underwater by an alligator at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. Disney World President George Kalogridis did not elaborate on whether the company had reached a financial settlement with the Graves, but said in a statement that Disney will “continue to provide ongoing support to the family.” Walt Disney Co. shares fell 1.3 percent on Wednesday to $98.22.
