Most In-Demand Jobs, Per CyberCoders Study

CyberCoders, an information technology recruiting agency, has released results of a data analysis from more than 1 million jobseekers to determine the most in-demand jobs in the IT, construction and accounting sectors. CyberCoders, based in Irvine, is a subsidiary of recruiting and temp hiring company On Assignment Inc. in Calabasas. In the IT sector, software engineer won as the most in-demand job, with a salary range of $99,106 to $139,165 a year. In construction, superintendent was the top job title with a salary range between $94,110 and $149,480. For accountants, tax manager, with a salary range of $98,328 to $134,314, finished in the top position. Results for the top five jobs in all three sectors, together with minimum and maximum salaries, are shown here. But with a surge in the construction industry, we are also seeing an increased need for superintendents and project managers. As the construction industry rebounds and new technology emerges to improve site operations, we expect this recent hiring trend to continue throughout the fall season and into 2018,” Shane Lamb, president of CyberCoders, said in a statement.
