IQor is expanding by adding 150 new employees to its Simi Valley contact center located at 2290 Agate Court. The outsourced customer service provider, which is based in St. Petersburg, Fla., cites the labor growth as part of its support-efforts for a “major media client.” It also handles work for health care, telecommunications and retail clients along with other industries. In Simi Valley, iQor is accepting online and in-person applications for the full-time positions available throughout the remainder of the year. Just last month, iQor made a similar announcement for its North Charleston, S.C. facility., where the company is also looking to hire an additional 150 employees. IQor has more than 35,000 employees in 18 countries.
