Cheesecake Factory Opens Restaurant in Washington State

Cheesecake Factory opened its newest restaurant in Lynnwood, Wash. earlier this week. The Calabasas company leased a former Sears store location in the Alderwood Mall. The restaurant will have about 250 employees, according to local website Lynnwood Today. The Cheesecake Factory of Alderwood Mall is located at 3000 184th St. S.W. The location features imported limestone floors and custom wood columns, hand painted murals and modern lighting. Lynnwood is a suburb about 12 miles north of downtown Seattle. Shares of Cheesecake Factory (CAKE) closed Friday up 19 cents, or a fraction of a percent, to $53.17 on the Nasdaq.
