Bristol Farms has opened its first San Fernando Valley store at the El Camino Shopping Center in Woodland Hills, according to CBRE Group Inc. in Los Angeles. The supermarket chain has taken 30,500 square feet in the center at 23381 Mulholland Drive next to the 101 freeway, CBRE said. The space was previously occupied by a Haggen Food & Pharmacy supermarket. In a website post last month, Bristol said the store would feature the most elaborate self-service section of any store in the chain. It will include a taco and burrito bar, a poke bar, a Wok station and custom sandwiches. CBRE brokers Tim Genske represented the grocery chain while Patrick Conway represented the landlord, Regency Centers Corp. in Jacksonville, Fla. The shopping center underwent an extensive renovation in conjunction with Bristol Farms’ opening, according to Genske.
