Dave & Buster’s will open to the public on Monday in the Northridge Fashion Center. Located at 9301 Tampa Ave. Suite 212 in Northridge, the restaurant and entertainment venue will feature more than 50,000 square feet of arcade games, sports viewing and food and beverages. On Thursday evening at a V.I.P. opening event, some 200 attendees sampled items on the menu as they played arcade games. The Northridge location represents the 10th Dave & Buster’s to open in Southern California, and the 117th location overall for the Dallas-based chain. “The San Fernando Valley has been on Dave & Buster’s roadmap for a few years, with Northridge and its vibrant community serving as the area’s central hub,” said the location’s General Manager Jeff Bollenbeck in a statement. “We are proud to become part of this bustling community, and we look forward to providing new and existing Dave & Buster’s fans with the class-leading entertainment we are known for.” In addition to providing more than 200 new jobs to the San Fernando Valley, Dave & Buster’s is the latest component in a renovated Northridge Fashion Center. Charles Dunn Co.’s Encino office is currently marketing an entire floor of Northridge Fashion Center as converted office space. Among the 145 arcade games offered at Dave & Buster’s in Northridge are video games based on Burbank-based DC’s Justice League of America, Marvel’s “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” and a virtual reality experience inspired by Universal’s “Jurassic World.”
