George’s Greek Grill Signs First Valley Lease in Sherman Oaks

George’s Greek Grill has leased 3,105 square feet at the Sherman Oaks Galleria in Sherman Oaks, marking the regional chain’s first San Fernando Valley restaurant. The Sherman Oaks location, due to open in May, will be the company’s fourth. In addition to its original downtown Los Angeles location, George’s Greek Grill has restaurants in Long Beach and Lakewood. Sherman Oaks Galleria owner Douglas Emmett announced that JLL’s Scott Burns, Shauna Mattis, Benjie Baker and Alex Otto are now handling retail leasing at the center. The George’s Greek Grill deal follows a few recent lease signings at Sherman Oaks Galleria, including vintage guitar destination Well Played Gear and health and wellness clinic Rejuve. Built in 1981 and renovated in 2002, the 300,000-square-foot Sherman Oaks Galleria is located at 15301-15321 Ventura Blvd.
