Limoneira Joint Venture Sells 42 Residential Lots

Santa Paula-based Limoneira Co. announced Thursday that its joint venture to build the Harvest at Limoneira development in Santa Paula has closed sales on 42 more lots. Richmond American Homes of California bought the lots to build single-story homes with plans ranging from 1,930 to 1,950 square feet, with construction starting this month. Harvest at Limoneira is a 50-50 joint venture between Santa Paula-based Limoneira and Upland Empire-headquartered Lewis Group. So far, the joint venture has sold 632 lots. Shares of Limoneira Co. (LMNR) closed Thursday at $13.30 with a decrease of 1.7 percent on the Nasdaq.
