Pair of Glendale Multifamily Properties Sell for $33.6 million

In residential real estate, Glendale continues to grab the attention of buyers as two multifamily properties brought in a combined $33.6, according to Costar Group. The Windsor Real Apartments, a 62,211-square-foot apartment building at 1377 E. Windsor Road, sold for $20 million, or $323,077 per unit. The Princess Louise Apartments, a 50,725-square-foot property at 720 N. Louise St., sold for $13.6 million, which breaks down to $323,077 per unit. Champion Real Estate Co. purchased the two-property portfolio from J.D.K. Revocable Trust in a transaction finalized Jan. 31. The Windsor Real Apartments, a three-story, class C building with 62 units, was erected in 1972. The Princess Louise Apartments, a class C building with 42 units, stands three stories tall and was built in 1970.
