Real estate broker David Josker has left CBRE Group Inc. to join Colliers International Group Inc. as president of its Southwest Region. In his new role, Josker will oversee all Colliers offices in the Southwest. The goal for Josker will be to advance the company’s growth objectives in the region while maintaining quality control and consistency for clients. “I am delighted to join a world-class organization that emphasizes their entrepreneurial and innovative culture,” Josker said in a statement. “I look forward to spearheading its continued growth in the Southwest and to providing the best possible service to our clients and professionals.” Until recently, Josker served as managing director of CBRE’s Los Angeles North Region in Glendale, where he led more than 200 professionals. Prior to that, he served as CBRE’s managing director of Asset Services for Greater Los Angeles, overseeing more than 90 million square feet under management. Before joining CBRE, Josker worked for Caruso Affiliated Holdings (now Caruso). “Attracting a high-caliber brokerage leader like David is more evidence of our commitment to grow and evolve our U.S. business,” said Colliers Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Operations Gil Borok in a statement. “With David leading our Southwest teams, I am confident we will continue to flourish and provide our clients with the best service in the industry.” Colliers International has 13,000 professionals operating in 69 countries.
