Preview: Convene in Camarillo

Construction has begun on Mian Plaza and Conference Center, a long-gestating project across the street from the Camarillo Premium Outlets. The hospitality and business complex stretching along Ventura Boulevard to Las Posas Road near the 101 on-ramp will feature two hotels totaling 277 keys; a 17,500-square-foot, 750-seat conference center; 10,450 square feet of retail storefronts; 15,500 square feet of restaurants; and an adjacent parking lot with 651 parking spaces.
