Westlake Medical Plaza in Thousand Oaks has sold for $5.6 million, or $260 per square foot, according to CoStar Group. The buyer and seller are listed under a pair of LLC names — La Venta LLC sold the building to 1220 La Venta Drive Westlake M. Located at 1220 La Venta Drive, the two-story, 21,567 square-foot medical building was 95.4 percent leased at the time of the sale. Huntington Reproductive Center, Westlake Physical Therapy and Westlake Gynecology are the address’s main tenants. Other businesses listed among Westlake Medical Plaza’s 13 tenants include Westlake Village Urgent Care, Westlake Physical Medicine and Quest Diagnostics. The transaction was recorded on Sept. 27.
