Monster Beverage Corp. has purchased an industrial property at 510 Park Ave. in the city of San Fernando for $33.7 million. According to a CoStar report, CBRE’s Bennett Robinson brokered the sale on behalf of the seller, Overton Moore Properties. The industrial building at 510 Park Ave. sits on 7.65 acres and is technically located in Los Angeles County. The site was vacant at the time of the sale and reportedly sold for land value, CoStar said. Monster plans to raze the 26,600-square-foot warehouse and redevelop the property with a new building.
