California Insurance Guarantee Association signed a 10-year lease with an undisclosed landlord to occupy 29,000 square feet of office space at 330 N. Brand Blvd. in Glendale, per a report at Bisnow. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. JLL represented the building owner. CBRE’s Paul Stockwell, David Kim and Sonya Schmidt represented the tenant. Built in 1982, the 323,467-square-foot building features a three-story atrium, private outdoor decks and parking. Dignity Health, Liberty Mutual, Union Bank, U.S. Department of Justice and African Travel are among the tenants.
