Both parties were private LLCs.Comparable transactions in the same general submarket include the 17-unit 10814-10818 Blix St. in North Hollywood, which sold in December for $4.5 million, or $264,705 per unit; and 6015 Woodman Ave., a 14-unit complex in Valley Glen, which sold in November for $5.45 million, or $391,285 per unit.
