A five-story, 310,490-square-foot multifamily structure —featuring 275 residential units and 418 parking spaces — is planned for an industrial site at 21001 W. Kittridge St. in Woodland Hills, according to Urbanize.LA. According to paperwork filed Wednesday with the City of Los Angeles, the 3.3-acre property makeover would entail razing two existing industrial buildings and a surface parking lot. Details about the developer are unavailable. The proposed development would feature amenities such as a pool and spa, gym, barbecue areas, clubroom and courtyards. The development site can be found about a block north of 6606 N. Variel Ave., where Evolution Strategic Partners is currently constructing a seven-story building with 271 apartments, due in 2019.
