Valencia Landscaping Company Expands Into Nevada

Landscape Development Inc. announced that its maintenance division, Enhanced Landscape Management, has completed the asset purchase of Las Vegas-headquartered NewTex Landscape Inc. According to a Nov. 1 company announcement, the purchase extends the operations of Valencia-based Landscape Development into new territory, promising to further build upon the company’s annual California revenue in excess of $110 million. NewTex owner Michael Martinez, who will join Landscape as regional manager of its Enhanced Landscape Management executive team, said the acquisition presents an opportunity for both companies’ teams to grow. Landscape’s Enhanced Landscape Management Division President Ron Reitz said the acquisition brings a wealth of new talent into his team as the company expands into Nevada for the first time. “It has been a goal of our company to stretch outside of California for some time now and this opportunity brought us together with a great team of professionals in the Southern Nevada market,” Reitz said. Landscape now operates from 12 regional offices throughout California and Southern Nevada.
