A Glendale office building has sold for $11.1 million, or $326.47 per square foot, according to CoStar Group. KDG Construction Consulting bought the building at 1025 N. Brand Blvd. from recorded seller 1025 N Brand LLC. Dave Maron of NAI Capital Inc. in Pasadena represented the buyer. Gregory Barsamian at Colliers International’s Glendale office listed the property. The three-story structure features 34,000 square feet of office space. Current tenants include anchor tenant Preferred IPA of California, which occupies 10,752 square feet, and 16 other companies including Stevenson Property Management, Orion Investment Group and various law firms and medical practitioners.
