Commercial real estate brokerage NAI Capital Inc. in Encino said it has secured the listing for OPI Products Inc.’s massive manufacturing campus in North Hollywood. Nail polish maker OPI was bought by New York-based Coty Inc. in 2010. Coty announced in January plans to relocate OPI’s manufacturing to North Carolina and consolidate operations into Coty’s main manufacturing plant. Chad Gahr and David Young, brokers with NAI who are listing the building, said the company plans to vacate the campus by the end of the year. NAI put the 21 buildings that start at 12906 Saticoy St. and span about two blocks on the market for lease in the beginning of July, they said. According to the San Fernando Valley Business Journal’s 2015 list of manufacturers with local operations, OPI employed 630 people. A notice to the state’s Employment Development Department stated that 408 employees of OPI will lose their jobs with the relocation.
