Century 21 Peak, a residential real estate brokerage in Woodland Hills, has bought another real estate brokerage in the Inland Empire, the company announced. The firm has bought Century 21 Prestige at 255 W. Foothill Blvd. in Upland as part of the brokerage’s five-year expansion plan. The new location will become Century 21 Peak’s seventh Southern California office. The Upland firm is also Century 21 Peak’s second purchase in the Inland Empire in two months. Quoting data from California Association of Realtors, the company said home sales for the Inland Empire in December were up nearly 7 percent compared to the same year-ago period. “The acquisition of a second brokerage in this booming market is integral to our ambitious plan for growth throughout Southern California,” said Century 21 Peak’s owners, Eli Tene and Gil Priel. Since beginning its expansion effort, Century 21 Peak has bought real estate businesses in Brentwood, North Hollywood, Granada Hills and in December, its first brokerage firm in Upland. Century 21 Peak is an independent affiliate under the umbrella of Peak Corporate Network, a national group of real estate service businesses also in Woodland Hills.
