Creekside Plaza, a multi-tenant office building in Agoura Hills, has sold for $12 million, according to commercial real estate brokerage Sperry Van Ness – Rich Investment Real Estate Partners in Woodland Hills. The 68,951-square-foot property at 28720 Roadside Drive was originally built in 1987 for Roy Disney. Its sale was secured by the brokerage’s Pacific Bridge team, which noted the use of aerial video in procuring a buyer. “Based on what we are seeing with rent and occupancy going up in the area, this was a very good deal for both the buyer and the seller,” Jeff Albee, senior partner at Pacific Bridge team, said in a statement. The brokers expect the city’s goal of revitalizing Agoura Village will be advantageous to Creekside Plaza. “In addition to being a well-performing office building with tremendous upside, this property will also benefit directly from the Agoura Village Specific Plan, which will not only transform Agoura Hills into a more attractive, modernized city, but will drive … property values up,” said senior partner Tilden Moschetti.
