Construction has begun on Frost-Chaddock Developers’ multifamily complex in Toluca Lake, where a promised five-story building with 96 units are in progress, per an Urbanize.LA report. The wood-frame structure is replacing eight single-family homes previously situated on the 1.32-acre lot at 11036 W. Moorpark St. Frost-Chaddock, which also has the proposed Junction Gateway mixed-use project in Silver Lake involving three buildings for hotel, multifamily units and retail on Sunset Boulevard, reunited with designers Reed Architectural Group for the Toluca Lake project. The two firms concurrently have several other projects in play, including a three-story, 28-unit condo building in Victor Heights and 88 residential units in Larchmont. Valleyside, Frost-Chaddock’s portfolio of luxury apartment complexes includes Craner Village and Merlot in North Hollywood; 141 Avon in Burbank; Parc St. Clair and the Radford in Studio City; The Chandler and Village Flats in Valley Village; 15111 Burbank in Sherman Oaks; and 4426 Cahuenga, La Providencia and Cape Cod Garden in Toluca Lake.
