The city of Los Angeles has approved L.A. developer Frost/Chaddock to build a five-story multifamily residential complex in Toluca Lake with a total 96 residential units, including eight very-low-income apartments, per the website Urbanize.LA. Located at 11036 W. Moorpark St. on about 1.32 acres of land, the Frost/Chaddock project has broken ground at the site near the 101 and 134 freeways interchange Venice’s Reed Architectural Group has been hired to design the low-rise structure. Open-space amenities will include a rear-facing pool deck. Frost/Chaddock has built multifamily projects throughout Los Angeles, including complexes in Silver Lake and Palms.
