A private investor has purchased a multi-tenant office building in Agoura Hills from an undisclosed seller for $4.75 million, or $208 per square foot, according to an announcement from Calabasas brokerage Marcus & Millichap Inc. The complex, which sits on less than an acre at 28348 Roadside Drive, was created alongside the 101 freeway in 2004. Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office team of Filip Niculete, Glen Scher, Lonnie McDermott and Brandon Michaels represented the unnamed seller. According to CoStar Group, current tenants include financial institutions Southern CA Investment Regional Center and BR Investments LLC, Sfg Arroyo utilities, personal services Greystone Research LLC and RH Equipment Leasing LLC, Infinity Real Estate Services and American Insurance Holdings.
