Conejo Chamber Wins Accreditation Honor

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has renewed the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce’s 5-star accreditation rating until 2021, the chamber announced on Friday. The classification is the highest bestowed on the nation’s chambers. “On behalf of the board of directors and staff, I thank the United States Chamber of Commerce for recognizing our deep commitment to the business community in the Greater Conejo Valley,” chamber Chairman Matthew Midura said in a prepared statement. “Our (cities) … are steadfast partners in our work and we’re glad we can honor their excellence with our second consecutive 5-star accreditation.” The 5-star designation was awarded to 105 of the country’s 7,000 chambers, including only six in California. The Greater Conejo Valley Chamber serves around 1,000 business members between the cities of Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village, where it is headquartered.
