Westlake ditches stimulus hope, moves ahead with Hwy. 101 project

Westlake Village has awarded a contract for $4.7 million for road improvements at the intersection of Highway 101 and Lindero Canyon Road. The City Council voted unanimously on Wednesday night to accept the bid from C.A. Rasmussen of Valencia. For the full story click here
