SHE Beverage Co. Chief Executive Lupe Rose is ready to go public. The Palmdale brewery has filed a memorandum for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission, together with an application for the ticker symbol SHEB. “We are female pioneers in the craft beer industry,” Rose said in a statement. “We will not accept anything less than full inclusion in every male-dominated arena and we expect a great initial public offering.” … Kevin McDonnell has joined AeroVironment Inc. in Simi Valley as chief financial officer. County. … DigitalFilm Tree, a post-production and technology company in the Cahuenga Pass, has hired Nancy Jundi as chief operational officer. The former investment banker has worked in the entertainment and other industries; most recently, she served as interim senior management at digital recruitment firm CareerArc in Burbank.… Alliant Capital, a low-income housing tax credit syndicator in Woodland Hills, has rebranded with a new logo and tagline: “Strong foundations.
