ServiceTitan Brings Technology Experts to Board

ServiceTitan has appointed two technology experts to its board of directors – Diya Jolly and Sameer Dholakia.

The pair join the Glendale software developer used by home and commercial services companies such as plumbers and electricians as it grows in both revenue and employees.

Earlier this year the company crossed $250 million in annual recurring revenue, growing more than 50 percent on a year-on-year basis. Globally the company has increased its employee base to more than 1,600, serving more than 7,500 customers in the U.S. and Canada, ServiceTitan said in a release.

Jolly is chief product officer at Okta, a San Francisco company that develops software to help companies protect the identities of their workforces and customers. Prior to joining Okta, she worked as vice president of product management at Google.

Dholakia is the former chief executive of Twilio SendGrid, an email platform based in Denver. Prior to that he was in marketing and other positions for Citrix Systems in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Ara Mahdessian, co-founder and chief executive of ServiceTitan, said that both Jolly and Dholakia will bring an invaluable wealth of knowledge and experience to the board.

“They both understand the massive opportunity in front of us and more importantly, the transformative impact we can collectively deliver for our customers in the trades community,” Mahdessian said in a statement.
