Software developer ServiceTitan will open an office in Salt Lake City to fuel its growth.The Glendale company develops software that is used by home and commercial services companies such as plumbers and electricians. The company said its new office will serve multiple functions, including as a global center for ServiceTitan customer support.The company has tapped Kim Park, vice president of global customer support, to lead its initiative to hire customer-experience talent in the region.
ServiceTitan has more than 1,600 employees in four offices. In addition to the Glendale headquarters, the company has offices in Atlanta; Columbus, Ohio and Yerevan, Armenia.Ara Mahdessian, co-founder and chief executive of ServiceTitan, said that he was excited to bring Park aboard to launch the customer support center so the company can continue to serve its customers.“Making our customers wildly successful is core to our DNA at ServiceTitan. It drives every decision we make from our products to our services and beyond,” Mahdessian said in a statement.
A long-time Utah resident, Park bring more than 15 years of experience growing and scaling customer support organizations in the Salt Lake City region.
