Quixote Studios, a company that manages motion picture production facilities, has signed a lease at Chandler Valley Center Studios in an off-market deal.
The long-term lease in Panorama City consists of four separate parcels of land spanning 3 acres and includes two buildings used as soundstages. The two soundstages cover approximately 15,000 square feet each and have ceiling heights of 33 to 35 feet.
Quixote Studios took over the entertainment compound – which comes fully equipped for film, television and commercial productions – on March 1.
Among the shows that have been shot at Chandler Valley Center Studios, located at 13927 Saticoy St., was NBC’s “The Office,” which filmed on site for roughly a decade.
Jeff Puffer of Van Nuys-based Delphi Business Properties represented both Quixote and Chandler Valley Center in the transaction.
