Encino Insurance Agency Acquired

Encino-based Steven Driss Insurance Agency has been acquired by OneDigital, an insurance brokerage, financial services and human resources consulting firm for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition is OneDigital’s fifth acquisition of 2022 and will work to add services to Steven Driss’ offerings, such as wealth solutions, retirement and HR consulting. More than 150 group benefit clients will be transferred to OneDigital as part of the acquisition.

“We are excited for this partnership with OneDigital. It will allow us to deepen our services while keeping our clients in the forefront so we can maintain the same level of care we pride ourselves in delivering to our clients,” Steven Driss, founder of the agency, said in a statement.

OneDigital has 3,000 advisors, more than 150 offices and has 85,000 employers currently using its advisory services nationwide.

“We are excited to welcome Steve and his skilled team to the OneDigital Family,” Russell Gramstad, managing principal for OneDigital’s west region, said in a statement. “Steve brings a breadth of benefits knowledge, and we look forward to the partnership to continue serving our clients and expanding our capabilities throughout Southern California and all of the West Region.”
