Valencia Medical Group Adds to Presence

First Care Occupational Medical Group of Valencia has been acquired by U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group. U.S. Health Works, headquartered in Valencia, operates 119 occupational health centers nationwide. Of those, 65 are located in California. Other regional locations are in Chatsworth and Van Nuys. Terms of the First Care transaction, completed Dec. 31, were not disclosed.
