TVN Signs Deal With Cox Communications

The Burbank-based TVN Corporation, a video on demand television provider has inked an agreement with Atlanta-based Cox Communications Inc. to provide transport of VOD programming and services. TVN will provide Cox with a variety of content to augment its current on demand content offerings, including access to TVN’s slate of basic and specialty on demand networks. Cox, the third-largest cable broadband provider in the nation, serves approximately 6.6 million residential customers including 2.4 million digital cable subscriptions. The agreement with TVN encompasses all of Cox’s on demand markets.
