Superior to Distribute Dividend

Superior Industries International, Inc., aluminum wheel manufacturer in Van Nuys, will distribute a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable to Superior shareholders of record as of June 30, 2006. The dividend will be distributed July 14, 2006.
