Superior Announces Dividend

Superior Industries International, Inc., an aluminum wheel supplier in Van Nuys, will distribute a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock at $0.16 per share. The dividend is payable as of April 21, 2006 to Superior to shareholders of record as of April 7, 2006.
