Sherman Oaks-based Innovation Holdings Inc. has acquired PharmaSpritz Corp. of Delaware. The company develops ways to deliver non-prescription remedies, nutritional supplements and vitamins through misting devices. It has created SlimSpritz, a herbal weight loss aid and appetite suppressant and is working on plans for a sleep aid called Spritzzz and a pain remedy called SpritzRelief. Innovation Holdings specializes mostly in direct marketing services and media buying.
