Schwarzenegger Plugs Redistricting

Gov. Arnold Schwarzengger encouraged attendess of a Valley Industry & Commerce Association event to vote in favor of a redistricting iniative as a way to bring to change to Sacramento. Proposition 11 would take the power to draw legislative district boundaries out of the hands of lawmakers and put that power in the hands of the people, Schwarzenegger told a lunchtime crowd of several hundred at the Universal Hilton.
