WesTech, in Silver Spring, Maryland is a 366,000-square-foot facility. Kaiser Permanente is its largest client, occupying 43% of the total square footage. WesTech is 95% occupied with 16 other tenants ranging leasing properties from 2,000 square feet to 26,200 square feet.
