The Woodland Hills-based company wants to capture the Canadian market, where small- and medium-sized businesses make up 98 percent of the country’s economy. ReachLocal already serves 10,000 local businesses in North America and Australia. Using a network of local consultants, ReachLocal can help client businesses drive customer leads from major search engines to their telephone with advertising campaigns linking businesses’ online advertising spend to their offline sales activities.
