The Hoag family, creators of Le Saucier Frozen Gourmet Sauces, is set to open a theme restaurant in Woodland Hills in March. TOP DOGG Grill & Ice Cream Parlor will feature a variety of specialty items like Maui Polish, Western Baja and Salsa Doggs in a setting that recreates an early 1900s soda shop. The restaurant will also feature 37 kinds of ice cream sundaes, along with milk shakes and malts. Prices range from $1.50 to $3.95 for most menu items, and $6.50 for salads. The restaurant is located at Ventura Boulevard near Winnetka Avenue.
