New Home Community Opens in Granada Hills

Encino-based developer, Montage, has opened sales on a new residential complex in Granada Hills. Aqueduct Village consists of 20 single family homes in the $600,000 range. The homes, located on Chatsworth Street, range from four to five bedrooms, up to 2,600 square feet. Features include kitchen islands, maple cabinets and front yard landscaping.
