Lee & Associates Sells Industrial Property for $2.56 million

Steve Scott, LA North/Ventura senior vice president of Sherman Oaks-based commercial real estate brokerage Lee & Associates closed a $2.56 million sale of an industrial building in North Hollywood. The property at 7350 Varna Avenue measures more than 1 acre and will serve as a distribution warehouse for a plumbing supply business. The names of the seller and buyer were not disclosed. Scott represented seller while Encino-based NAI Capital represented the buyer.
