Health Net Federal Services Wins $25 Million Contract for U.S. Army

Health Net Connections, a division of Health Net Federal Services, announced it has been awarded to contracts to provide patient appointment setting services for Military Treatment Facilities for the U.S. Army Medical Command in Puget Sound, WA, and the Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, IL, for $25 million. “We are honored to be selected to provide patient appointment setting services to eligible military health care beneficiaries in the Puget Sound and Great Lakes areas,” said James Woys, president of Health Net Federal Services. “For the past 10 years, we have been providing outstanding call center services at the TRICARE Regional Appointment Center in Tacoma, WA.” The centers, which should be operational by July, are expected to handle more than one million inbound and outbound appointment calls every year. Health Net Federal Services is the government operations division of Woodland Hills-based Health Net, Inc.
